1 All RTFact Artworks are originals. All sales are contracts to buy between the artist and the buyer. They are final and non-negotiable. The contract does not include any rights of reproduction. Any subsequent sales carry the same restriction. The buyer owns the artwork for their own enjoyment and use. In the case of musical instruments this enjoyment includes playing the instrument in private and public. The catalogue stock number is the single definition against which an order is placed, payment is taken and the item is shipped. Please ensure the stock number details are clear and correct. If they aren’t, shipment may be delayed while we verify the order details. 2 All RTFact Artworks can be purchased by Paypal including credit and debit cards or by bank transfer. Purchases are shipped once payment is cleared. All prices include delivery to most mainland UK addresses (see item 6). Higher cost items are insured and shipped subject to the carrier’s normal conditions. Please note that most of these have changed since the Covid-19 pandemic and most carriers offer delivery to alternative locations. If that is not suitable, it is the buyer’s responsibility to inform the carrier. 3 All artworks are sold as illustrated on the website. All photographic and electronic display systems can distort the specific tone or colour and no warranty is given or implied regarding the actual colour of the artwork. 4 All artwork media may carry some evidence of handling by the artist in the course of her work. This will not be considered damage. 5 All artworks are carefully photographed before careful packing and despatch. Any claim for damage in transit will be evaluated by the artist, the carrier and the insurer, if appropriate, by reference to these photographs. 6 Shipping of Wall Art to most addresses with postcodes in UK is included. This excludes the Channel Islands, PO Boxes and British Forces Post Office locations but includes postcode addresses other outlets either exclude or charge extra to deliver to. These are postcodes starting BT - Northern Ireland, HS - Outer Hebrides, IM - Isle of Man, ZE Shetland Islands, IV Inverness and KW - Kirkwall. Shipping of Small-scale Art is usually by the Post Office and thus not covered by this consideration. Although service to the above postcodes may take longer, RTFACT still includes the cost of delivery. Wall and small-scale artwork is supplied in packing appropriate to the size of the product.
